Operational Excellence is more than just a phrase at Carroll Company (now Carroll CLEAN).  It is an element of our organizational leadership that stresses the application of a variety of principles, systems, and tools toward the sustainable improvement of key performance metrics.  Much of our management philosophy is based on earlier continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Scientific Management.  The focus of  Operational Excellence goes beyond the traditional event-based model of improvement toward a long-term change in our organizational culture.

Operational Excellence is not just about Manufacturing processes; it's about engaging all Departments in the Operational Excellence processes.  Reviewing all the processes used in our business and asking all employees to participate.
